Coseley Library launches Pokemon Club
To mark the thirtieth anniversary of Pokemon, Coseley Library in Dudley is launching a Pokemon Club on Thursday 9 April from 3.30 to 4.30pm.
There will be a free Pokemon card giveaway and, with parental supervision, all ages are welcome. Light refreshments are provided.
The event is being run by Dale Cooper, proud dad to five-year-old collector Loki.
“Loki is on a mission to “catch ‘em all” and is looking forward to meeting other Pokemon traders,” said Dale.
“The club is all about bringing people together for fun and friendship in a relaxed, welcoming space. Trading and collecting are free and fair – with a focus on creating a community of likeminded adults and children, rather than making money.
“Come along, make new friends and let the trading begin.”
The club will take place on the second Thursday of each month from 9 April.
