We want to make it as easy as possible for our tenants, residents and business owners to pay their bills with us. Setting up a direct debit allows people to budget, without having to go to any extra effort or expense. Once it’s set up you can just forget about it.
The prize draw has worked really well to incentivise housing tenants to pay by direct debit so we’re rolling it out to council tax and business rate customers too. It’s our way of saying thank you for working with us.
