‘Goose’ live on stage
‘Goose’ a live interactive and fun-filled show for under 5s will be coming to a borough hall later this month.
The cast of ‘Goose’’ will perform on Friday February 23 at the Dudley Council-run Stourbridge Town Hall.
Young audience members will become immersed in the story of Sophie and Goose who meet in the park and become best friends.
They’ll follow their story of jumping in muddy puddles and going on a wild goose chase and will be able honk along loudly with Sophie and Goose.
Shows start at 1pm and 4.30pm and last 45 minutes.
The show, based on the books by Laura Walls, brings the laugh out loud illustrations and characters to life.
The performances will include a pre-recorded narration by Bill Oddie.
Councillor Paul Bradley, deputy leader of the council, said:
Our halls put on a fantastic calendar of shows all year round to suit different ages and interests, all at fantastic value.
Goose, a laugh-out-loud theatre experience, sounds like great fun for our younger residents. I’d urge people to get their tickets booked now to avoid disappointment.
Tickets cost £12 each or £44 for a family of four and can be booked online at https://boroughhalls.co.uk/goose.html
Children will be seated on the floor in front of the performance space. People are invited to bring their own cushions and blankets. Limited seating will be available for adults on a first come first served basis.
