Half term activities at Dudley Libraries

From making bunny headbands, 3D cats and dog finger puppets to Lego construction, rattle and rhyme, board games, film shows and storytimes, there’s a wide range of free activities to keep the family happy in Dudley’s libraries this half term.

A mixture of bookable and walk-in sessions are available in Lye, Sedgley, Coseley, Long Lane, Wordsley, Netherton, Gornal, Dudley, Cradley, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Brierley Hill and Kingswinford libraries from 15 to 22 February inclusive.

Operating under the Better brand, GLL is the not-for-profit social enterprise that runs the libraries on behalf of Dudley Council.

“We’ve got a packed programme of events throughout the week for every age of child,” said Stephanie Rhoden, Dudley Libraries Partnership Manager.

“Craftmaking is always very popular and there’s a great selection to choose from. Check with your local library to see what’s available and when.”

Councillor James Clinton, cabinet member responsible for libraries, said:

“There are more than 130 free activities on offer at our libraries this half term including Lego and Lego Spike clubs, games and crafts with activities for all ages from baby time up to our young adults book club. There’s something for everyone.
