Mayor opens new business premises in Dudley borough
The Mayor of Dudley has attended an opening event for a new business premises in Halesowen.
A&B Richardson Engineering, which manufactures specialist parts for aerospace and maritime industries, has been operating in Dudley borough for over 20 years but has taken the step to open its new premises on Haywood Forge.
The event was attended by the Lord-Lieutenant for West Midlands Derrick Anderson.
Councillor Hilary Bills, Mayor of Dudley Borough, said:
“It was a pleasure to visit A&B Richardson Engineering today and to officially open the new premises for this fantastic business.
"Richardson's manufacture vital parts for Britain's aerospace and maritime industries.
“I was most impressed with the cutting-edge technologies that I saw, and I think this once again proves how our local businesses are at the forefront of industrial innovation.”
