Online resource offers wealth of community information
People in Dudley borough are being encouraged to use the Dudley community information directory to find out how their local community can support them.
Dudley Council and partners have recently developed a new video which highlights support services across the borough.
The video encourages people to use the popular online directory which makes it quick and easy to find information on local services.
The directory, which was recently improved and given a fresh new look, offers local people information on groups, support, activities, events, health and care services, and more.
Councillor Laura Taylor, cabinet member for housing and communities, said:
“The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many challenges to local people, with many finding themselves in need of support or isolated from others for the first time.
“The community information directory is a great online resource to help people find out about support services that are available to them in their local area as well as activities and groups that can help boost their social interaction.”
“The directory has been recently developed and is a one-stop-shop for everything going on in Dudley.”
