Starsailor head up exciting triple announcement for music fans
Post-Britpop band Starsailor are coming to the borough as part of a national tour later this year, with tickets on sale now.
The northern band have racked up 10 top 40 singles in the UK and will be at Stourbridge Town Hall on Friday November 29.
Two more top shows have also been announced for the borough’s halls.
Mike Peters MBE, lead singer of Welsh rock band The Alarm, is bringing an intimate one-man show to Stourbridge Town Hall on Wednesday April 23 next year.
Love, Hope, Strength will combine the music with stories of life on the road, with the audience able to ask questions.
And on Friday October 24 next year, singing sensation Tom Ball will bring his debut Spotlight tour to Dudley Town Hall.
The former teacher shot to fame as a finalist on Britain’s Got Talent in 2020. He was labelled “simply sensational” by Simon Cowell and described by Amanda Holden as one of the best she’d ever seen.
Tickets are now on sale for all three shows, and expected to go quickly.
Rupert Knowlden, venues manager for Dudley Borough Halls, said:
“We’re really excited to welcome all three acts to our borough halls in the coming months.
“It reaffirms our commitment to attracting the best acts and shows for our borough halls, and I’d urge people to book quickly to avoid disappointment.”
