Support for international care workers

Dudley’s Adult Social Care team is running an information event with various organisations who will be able to provide advice to international care workers living in the borough in order to help them deliver care for borough residents.

This includes legal advice and support, CV writing, paths to employment, health advice and family support. The event, held as a drop-in session, runs from 10am – noon on Tuesday 16 December at DY1 Community Building, Stafford Street, Dudley, DY1 1RT.

Councillor Andrea Goddard, cabinet member for adult social care said:

“International care workers help provide quality care for residents across Dudley. This event will help them with the practicalities of applying for work, so that they are able to continue supporting our older residents.”
