Weeping Bank ghost stories creator to return to Dudley Library

The event at 6.30pm on Tuesday 5 December will be performed by candlelight. Author AG Smith is the creator of Weeping Bank Library which brings engaging, candlelit performances of ghost stories to local libraries, creating intimate and unique experiences for both avid and reluctant readers.

A.G. Smith has been writing the terrifying Weeping Bank tales since 2009 and his ghost story readings have become an essential date for West Midlands audiences. A.G. Smith is also the writer of acclaimed stage plays ‘An Evening of Delectable Terror’ ‘The Walpurgisnacht Hauntings’ ‘Silent Nightmares’ and ‘The Dead of Night’ which have paced theatres from Birmingham to London.’

“It’s always a joy to be returning to Dudley Library to perform a Weeping Bank story in their incredible Reading Room. I always say that my job is the easy part, I just turn up to read, it’s the dedicated staff in these wonderful libraries who are the unsung heroes of the evening, they work so hard and go above and beyond to make these events so memorable.
